My Fresh Zone has poor service

I ordered a pair of cleats for my son size 8 1/2. They sent size 10. I contacted them by email(the only way allowed) to return them for the correct size. They replied that it was my fault. It could have been so I offered to pay to return the cleats, pay to ship the correct ones and pay a restocking fee. They still refused to allow me to return the shoes. I would not recommend doing business with this company.
